Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of 10+ HR Technology professionals supporting enterprise systems including the Human Capital Management (HCM) system and Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Responsible to improve the overall employee experience when using HR systems. Establish mechanisms for end-user listening, identify pain points and systematically reduce waste and improve experience with HR systems.
  • Support the successful implementation critical enterprise applications and capabilities, including a new time and attendance solution.
  • Mentor and support other team members in providing day-to-day support to users with systems-related inquiries and requests for support.
  • Oversee the operating rhythm for HR’s Agile development lifecycle. Ensure customer satisfaction and successful execution of HR enhancements and annual events.
  • Establish an HR innovation pipeline. Leveraging internal and external technology capabilities, drive solutions for Blue Origin that reduce the overall cost of delivering HR services while improving the employee experience.
  • Collaborate with senior Enterprise Technology (ET), HR, Finance and Accounting and other partners to resolve technology problems and modify the system to meet changing business requirements
  • Apply technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve complex systems issues
  • Develop KPIs to ensure health of our HR systems, integrations and security
  • Recommend technical solution accounting for priorities and trade-offs, and drive alignment among stakeholders.
  • Proactively stay up to date on trends and developments with HR systems and technologies; provide ideas and information regarding best practices and trends. Work to enhance the capability of self and team.
  • Establish appropriate auditing and monitoring of HR data to ensure accuracy and data integrity with a keen eye towards regulatory compliance
