  • Conduct user research and leverage data to inform your designs, forming a strong understanding of both the employer and employee’s needs and advocating for user-driven decision making.
  • Create multiple concepts and prototypes, recognizing when meticulous attention to detail is needed and when low-fidelity sketches are adequate for visualizing ideas.
  • Raise the quality bar of our product for both employers and their employees through delivering well crafted experiences and continuously looking for areas of improvement.
