A Bachelor's degree in computer science, system analysis, or a related study is required. An associate’s degree with two years of related work experience, or a high school diploma with four years of directly related experience, may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree.
Is prior experience in specific healthcare-related solutions necessary?
Yes, a minimum of four years of experience in at least two IT solution development disciplines is required, and specific experience with healthcare solutions such as Laboratory, Imaging, and Revenue Cycle is beneficial.
What certifications are preferred for this role?
An Industry Certification in a relevant field is required, and CIIP Certification is preferred.
