Responsibilities

  • The Product Analyst, Senior designs information system products that are appropriate for users' needs and consistent with the overall design of the organization's information systems architecture including: collecting and analyzing information from system users, business analyst, business or clinical architects, to formulate the scope and objectives of the system, preparing flow charts, models, and procedures and conducting feasibility studies to design possible system solutions, leading the effort to estimate the costs of system solutions and prepare project plans to provide input into decisions about prioritizing projects and allocating IT resources, and preparing and maintaining technical documentation to guide system users and to assist with the ongoing operation, maintenance, and development of the system
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, including new product implementations, upgrades, and replacements.
  • Integrate and morph DICOM tags, ensuring seamless enterprise imaging workflows and system integrations.
  • Develop and map DICOM structure reporting, including ModLink and PowerScribe custom fields and autotext creations.
  • Configure and map HL7 Integration/FHIR for ADT, Orders, and Results.
  • Utilize your PACS knowledge, particularly with Philips IntelliSpace PACS, to enhance system performance.
  • Integrate and filter modality worklists, and utilize workflow orchestrator tools like the Nuance WFO.
  • Work with Nuclear Medicine Information Systems and Siemens syngo.via.
  • Leverage Nuance Powerscribe 360 Reporting and Nuance PowerShare for efficient reporting and sharing.
  • Understand and optimize imaging data workflows and reading workflows.
  • Familiarize yourself with various imaging systems (TIMS/TDRS, Symbia.net, Dolphin, AS Software, ClinView Dental, DynaCAD, DynaSuite, iCAD, etc.).
  • Utilize MSO365 tools for collaboration and documentation.
  • Create system how-to documents, project build documents, and training materials.
  • Provide training for IT team members and end users as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with clinical and IT teams, as well as vendors.
  • Apply your understanding of change management and IT issue management within hospital IT systems.

  • Contribute to the direction and resource allocation for programs, projects, or services while working within general functional policies and industry guidelines.
  • Provide Level 2 / Level 3 support on assigned products or product suite.
  • Participates in On-Call support rotation.
