Responsibilities

  • Operates with a strategic, cross-functional mindset serving as a trusted thought partner to cross-functional stakeholders, including Business Product Owner(s) and / or Executive Director(s), supporting the delivery of the organizational program strategy and roadmap.
  • Oversee alignment across multiple teams or functional groups in effort to meet the objective of key business initiatives.
  • Help define program objectives, scope, and success criteria in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Develop detailed program plans, including resourcing, timeline, prioritization, and roadblocks.
  • Design a model for execution, including roles/responsibilities, communication plan, meetings/rituals, templates for key artifacts, & governance model including escalation plan for each project.
  • Ensure on-time program delivery by managing across related project timelines and workflows.
  • Manage the overall portfolio of projects and health of the program - identifying risks and escalating issues as needed to ensure project success.
  • Ensure standards for documentation for project actions, progress, and outcomes are met.
  • Identify interdependencies across a portfolio of projects and ensure appropriate order of operations & cross-team collaborations.
  • Manage and communicate program-related changes effectively to ensure smooth delivery & align teams and stakeholders with evolving program goals and priorities.
  • Consistently communicates program plans, progress, risks, changes, and successes with clarity and objectivity. Drives a high degree of accountability across program teams and groups in order to meet objectives and foster effective collaboration.
  • Ensure internal team alignment to the product roadmap, coordinating across teams to meet product strategy and milestones.
