Responsibilities

  • - Report to the Director and Global Head, Campus Recruitment and Talent Development, and be responsible for building, developing, and managing a portfolio of Associates within the global Ignition technology development program.
  • - Provide targeted development, impactful coaching, mentorship and oversight of employees, their performance and transition to the business post program.
  • - Design, build and implement curriculum and content to support the evolution of the program, while continuously evaluating and enhancing the program offerings to meet the changing needs of both employees and business, while ensuring to create a premium experience for all.
  • - Liaise between your business groups and Campus Recruiters to translate business needs to a campus hiring strategy. This position will focus on proactively assisting in the attraction and development of top talent from campus.
  • - Play a crucial role in delivering a sustainable talent pipeline to meet the long-term needs of your business by identifying business needs, assessing candidate skills and interest, and providing development opportunities to address gaps. Strong partnership with key stakeholders, leadership, finance, HR Business Partners, and other centre of excellences, are required to manage a successful development program.
  • - Support the growth of campus programs by taking part of campus wide initiatives, conducting program reviews, and leveraging market research, trend analysis, employee and stakeholder feedback to create a best-in-class development program experience. You are relied on to contribute to team effectiveness through partnership, speed-to-market, simplified processes, talent management, governance, and transparency.
