What are the main responsibilities of the Senior Project Manager?
The Senior Project Manager will oversee the end-to-end planning and delivery of a wide range of capital projects, manage complex capital and infrastructure projects, communicate and liaise with various stakeholders, inspire in-house staff and consultants, and ensure compliance with documentation for project management and risk/insurance.
What qualifications are required for this role?
Candidates should have a degree in a relevant field, be qualified as an Architect/Chartered Surveyor/Structural Engineer/Civil Engineer/Quantity Surveyor to Masters level or equivalent, have evidence of further structured study as a Project Manager, and hold membership in APM or an equivalent organization.
