Where is this position located, and is it remote?
This is a remote role, though Hilton prefers candidates to be located in Memphis, TN, Atlanta, GA, Dallas, TX, or Chicago, IL.
What qualifications are required for this position?
Candidates must have at least five (5) years of experience working on projects in development (design, construction, or renovations) and five (5) years of experience reading and interpreting construction documents. Additionally, candidates should be willing to travel up to 30-40%.
Are there any preferred qualifications for this role?
Yes, it would be beneficial for candidates to have a BA/BS/Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Design, or a related field, as well as licenses or certifications like Architect, Engineer, Interior Designer (NCIDQ), or Project Manager (PMP).
