  • Set-up of appropriate project governance and adherence to change methodologies
  • Own the delivery plan, along with issues and risks
  • Own & manage project resourcing and costs
  • Management of requirements/user stories with required stakeholder signoffs
  • Own and manage QA plan, and business deployment plan
  • Measure benefits and outcomes post go-live
  • Reporting of change initiatives status to senior management
