Responsibilities

  • Leads and executes the entire hiring cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, making offers, etc., for roles of moderate complexity within a single line of business or discipline.
  • Captures, and compiles standard recruiting data sets in all phases of the recruiting process. (Recruiting, assessing, presenting, interviewing, making offers).
  • Serves as key contributor in a larger human resources and business eco system, participating in meetings/projects as assigned. Provides standard consultation to business partners and candidates on the hiring process. Builds relationships and consults hiring managers on talent needs, gaps, and skills aligned with the goals and direction of the organization.
  • Demonstrates technical savvy interacting with varying combinations of Talent Acquisition tools (ATS, CRM, etc.) that facilitate the sourcing and hiring process.
  • Researches and sources candidates through advanced search techniques and developing internal and external search strategies per position assignment. Effectively builds and maintains candidate pipelines using CRM and related tools.
  • Presents and negotiates standard offers for employment for employment to selected candidates. Understands the organization's employee value proposition as a tool to influence offer acceptance. Demonstrates appropriate urgency, persistent and follow through with candidates and business partners.
