Responsibilities

  • As a Senior Retail Recruiter, you’ll be responsible for hiring manager enablement and empowerment, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within a team of other retail territory field recruiters, you will be instrumental in bringing your expert knowledge of recruitment processes, keeping your finger on the pulse of the commercial performance of the retail business. You will spearhead projects within the Talent Solutions team, working cross functionally with a number of partners. You are accountable for maintaining relationships with the Retail Directors & Managers within your territories, the field HR Business partners, and the internal HR operations teams including; People Solutions and Data Management.
