  • Able to remain calm, articulate risks and controls to a wide audience and demonstrate clear and logical thinking when dealing with high pressure, high impact, situations, e.g customer data breach investigations.


  • This role resides in the Customer Data team, which is at the core of Aviva’s digital strategy and provides a single source of customer data across our Customer and Marketing, GI and IWR propositions. We’re constantly striving to explore innovative ways to engage with new and existing customers on a portfolio of products that reach out to 17 million customers.
  • This successful candidate will work with projects and business teams, alongside our platform designers and scrum teams to ensure the smooth delivery desired of outcomes.
  • We are constantly modernising our complex data estate and play an important part in all Aviva teams achieving strategic targets, whilst supporting business self-service were possible. We welcome those with specific suitable skills – or with a healthy appetite to learn and develop these skills with us.
