What locations will I be working in as a Senior Support Worker?
You will be based across two sites: Springview Psychiatric Unit and Arrowe Park Hospital in Wirral.
Are both full-time and part-time positions available for this role?
Yes, both full-time and part-time roles will be considered for the Senior Support Worker position.
What services will I be primarily assisting in?
You will primarily assist qualified practitioners within the Crisis Resolution Home Treatment Team, as well as across the wider Urgent Care Mental Health First Response Service.
What responsibilities will I have in this role?
You will be responsible for signposting and referring individuals to appropriate services, and building strong links with third sector and partner agencies to collaboratively support those in crisis.

CWP was recently rated as Outstanding for Caring by the Care Quality Commission, with an overall Good rating.
What kind of induction training will I receive if I am hired?
You will receive up to three weeks of induction training, depending on your role, through the Prepare to Care programme designed to provide you with the necessary knowledge and guidance.
