Responsibilities

  • What you will be responsible for:
  • Submitting headcount requests and secure all required approvals locally and with GHQ Japan
  • Liaising with line manager’s in relation to appropriately define the vacancies and ideal candidates’ profiles in relation to the organisation as a whole and in the context of the local market dynamics
  • Adjusting job descriptions to make them clear, focused, appealing and visibly inclusive
  • Advising hiring managers on best practice at all stages of the recruitment process
  • Sourcing applicants through advertising, direct search on professional networks and/or recruitment agencies with a cost-effective mindset
  • Implementing employer branding initiatives to strengthen candidates’ pipelines and diversity
  • Screening and interviewing candidates to create trustworthy shortlists
  • Organising interviews, assessments and deliver feedback to candidates to ensure a positive experience
  • Keeping candidates and interview records in accordance to GDPR policy across all systems
