Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, implementation, and enhancement of Talent Management initiatives, including goal setting, performance management, employee engagement, talent review and succession planning.
  • Support the VP of Talent and HR Analytics in executing talent review processes, identifying and nurturing high-potential employees and key talent pools.
  • Manage employee engagement surveys, analyze results, and work with HR leadership to develop and implement action plans for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the team to define metrics, collect and analyze talent data, and translate findings into actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Oversee HR systems to support Talent and Development activities, ensuring accurate records for key talent groups.
  • Partner with Learning & Development teams to align development activities with talent needs, coordinating and facilitating leadership workshops and other offerings.
  • Effectively communicate talent-related initiatives and updates.
  • Apply project management skills to drive multiple initiatives within the Talent Management team.
  • Monitor external talent market trends and recommend adjustments to talent management processes to maintain competitiveness and innovation.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to Talent Development Specialists, fostering their professional growth and development.
  • Fulfill any other duties as assigned by the VP of Talent and HR Analytics.
