  Performs tasks to establish and maintain employee/payroll records. Duties may include checking and auditing timekeeping records for compliance with established standards, maintaining time and attendance records, entering new hires into the payroll system, posting changes in pay and tax status, and miscellaneous changes.   PRIMARY OBJECTIVES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 
 
  Review and import hours from time and attendance system.
  Work cooperatively with operating managers and Human Resources team to ensure the timecard and other payroll data is correct and on time.
  Performs audits to maintain the accuracy of the payroll data.
  Handles all processes with the pre-check of the off-cycle audit including, but not limited to the following: deductions, tax, and time off calculations.
  Audits and adjusts distributes monies according to legal limitations on garnishments, child support, or levy.
  Monitor and respond to incoming payroll correspondence via email and Service Now.
  Audits and may adjustments for employee tax data with proper authorization and approvals
  Other payroll related tasks and reports as assigned.
 
 
 
  QUALIFICATIONS
 
 
  At least 6 months of payroll or financial related experience
  Helpful to have full-cycle payroll processing experience, but not required.
  FPC or CPP would be helpful, but not required.
  HCM experience preferred.

  The Data Entry / Document Processor will support internal and external customers through data entry and work order management. This position will work with the assigned supervisor to operationalize the customer contract strategy and relationships to reduce cost and enhance service quality. Creating and maintaining service tickets with a high level of accuracy will also be part of this role.
 
 
 
  This is a full-time / onsite position working from 9 am - 5:30 pm
 
 
 
  Daily Tasks Include:
 
 
  Heavy Data Entry Work - Retrieving, reviewing and processing documentation from internal/external customers to ensure contractual accuracy and completion.
  Working closely with repair technicians to ensure resolution of service level issues in a timely manner
  Assisting in achieving full compliance with medical equipment management programs
  Work towards end of month calendar deliverables in support of customer deadlines, compliance standards and operational goals
  Adhere to month end procedures, requirements and timelines
  Support quality control efforts to align both revenue and expense activities
 
 
 
  Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other Characteristics
 
 
  0 – 3 years Data Entry or other applicable experience
  Demonstration of organizational effectiveness
  Cooperative and contributing team member to ensure a high level of service is provided to both internal and external customers.
  Exhibits flexibility in work schedule in order to meet customer needs.
  Desire to learn about and to establish self as an expert/resource in product, market, profession or area of expertise
  Time management and organizational skills.
