Responsibilities

  • As a Senior UX Designer, you’ll be leading the design thinking in your projects, including new ways of working, new user research techniques and new products within the Fintech innovation space. Your work will bring high quality designs to meet the needs of our clients and the business. You’ll be operating in a fast-paced environment, working end-to-end to understand user needs and deliver cutting edge design.
  • Throughout the course of your work, you’ll collaborate with others to develop and meet the standards through peer reviews and knowledge sharing. You’ll also be managing and leading workshops and craft reports, as well as contributing to playback sessions with multiple stakeholders. You’ll be working with a cross functional squad while collaborating with engineers, product owners and researchers. You’ll also be responsible for all design artefacts, from initial discovery and user journey mapping through to executing pixel perfect UI designs.
  • Working closely with engineers and experts from across the business to deliver both incremental experience improvements and brand new digital features
  • Developing a deep understanding of the complex financial needs of our high net worth clients, helping out with user research and building empathy with our clients, ensuring that their needs are always at the heart of your design decisions
  • Weaving a compelling narrative around your work, bringing to life your process through storytelling
  • Actively engaging in team meetings, workshops, hackathons and critiques
  • Collaborating regularly using strong communication, documentation and facilitation skills
