Responsibilities

  • Be the friendly professional face on our checkouts, self-service tills, kiosk or petrol station, and even helping customers pick up click and collect parcels.
  • Be ready to do everything you can to make things as simple as possible for our customers, from dealing with complaints, refunds, shelf tickets and advertising.
  • Take pride in doing the right thing for our customers and be passionate about helping people.
  • Be prepared to work flexibly and when things get quiet, support our other colleagues on the shop floor with their activities.
  • Aiming to make everyone who joins us be the best they can be and are committed to being a fully inclusive retailer where our customers love to shop, and our colleagues love to work.
