Responsibilities

  • As a Services Assistant you’ll be the friendly professional face on our checkouts, self-service tills, kiosk or petrol station, and even helping customers pick up click and collect parcels.
  • In fact, you’ll be ready to do everything you can to make things as simple as possible for our customers, from dealing with complaints, refunds, shelf tickets and advertising.
  • Whichever area you’re working in, you’ll take pride in doing the right thing for our customers and be passionate about helping people.
  • It’s also important you are prepared to work flexibly and when things get quiet, supporting our other colleagues on the shop floor with their activities.
