Responsibilities

  • Passion for health and wellbeing – Mensa Health & Wellbeing Champion
  • Managing SHE Administration emails and documentation for the SHE management system.
  • Manage SHEQ Card observations – this includes manage supply chain company returns, transfer data to Excel spreadsheet, bulk upload on CAPTURE database, prepare SHEQ cards for a weekly meeting and follow-up on agreed actions.
  • SHE metrics - prepare data for the Visualisation weekly board
  • Review and update of MENSA Monthly SHE Planner and track tasks to completion
  • Assist in managing the Mensa SHE Training Matrix and completing monthly training record audits for Costain employees
  • Assist in the monthly SHE reporting requirements such as Capture database, SHE dashboards, etc.
  • Assist with meetings – planning / arrangements and minutes
  • Working as part of the site SHE Team in supporting the Project Team as required
  • Assist the wider Costain team with ad-hoc tasks as required
  • Maintaining key working relationships with all members of the project team including Costain, the client and the supply chain.
