  • Toolbox Talks: Create toolbox talks and attend EHS meetings in the absence of the EHS Manager.
  • Safety Training Coordination: Coordinate safety training for new personnel and visitors, liaising with third parties for necessary documentation.
  • Personnel Management: Log and load personnel information into the Data Scope System (Site Personnel Management system).
  • Delivery Coordination: Book, track, and manage deliveries, ensuring Eaton's presence as required.
  • Time Sheet Processing: Process and collate time sheets to generate overviews and statistics.
  • Daily and Weekly Scheduling: Maintain daily and weekly work schedules to track task progress.
  • Test Results Management: Collect and file Third Party and Eaton test results/certificates on SharePoint in the appropriate folders.
  • Weekly Toolbox Talk Participation: Attend weekly toolbox talks and manage sign-off sheets.
  • Progress Meetings: Chair weekly progress meetings and share results with the Management Team.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously optimize administrative processes and maintain a clean desk policy.
  • General Support: Cover meetings and represent the team during absences, and perform any other tasks necessary for project smoothness.
