Responsibilities

  • Handle customer enquiries and requests and respond to them according to need and situation.
  • Communicate with customers via different channels (e.g. phone, mail or chat) to ensure an optimal customer experience.
  • Dealing with the customer's various concerns regarding their social media account, marketing measures and their advertising effectiveness and offering them the right solution.
  • Provide individual product advice that not only generates orders, but also fulfills the real needs of our customers.
  • Once the customer is happy, document the interaction in the customer database.
