Responsibilities

  • Devise and implement the content strategy across a wide range of West End, Touring and UK Theatre productions and live entertainment.
  • Create engaging and stand out content both for organic and paid social media campaigns.
  • Maintain excellent client relationships across a portfolio of accounts.
  • Provide the necessary audience insight and reporting, to ensure effective delivery across all content channels.
  • Devise and implement, engaging and targeted social media strategies in line with campaign goals and audience objectives.
  • Use a variety of tools to create engaging and stand out content across all channels.
  • Work with the Strategy and Account Management team and Creative Studio, to create more complex and hero content pieces when required.
  • Produce regular reports, analysing and interpreting the social media data, to inform future campaigns and improve channel engagement and performance.
  • Present strategy to clients and key stakeholders on a regular basis.
  • Deliver robust campaigns which increases awareness, loyalty and word of mouth to grow social communities, increase purchase intent and ultimately drive ticket sales.
