Social Content Graphic Designer

You need 4+ years in senior marketing in theatre/entertainment, strong UK knowledge, agency experience preferred, team leadership skills, client relationship management, and creative problem-solving.

You will manage CRM platforms, maintain customer data, optimize email campaigns, track performance metrics, support project admin tasks, handle documentation, and assist with budget tracking.

The Role We are looking for a skilled and proactive Digital Executive to support the project management & CRM teams of our department. We are a full-service advertising and marketing agency for theatre, live entertainment, film, music, museums, galleries, events and attractions, working with some of the country’s leading organisations.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Position Objectives&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Devise and implement the content strategy across a wide range of West End, Touring and UK Theatre productions and live entertainment.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Create engaging and stand out content both for organic and paid social media campaigns.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Maintain excellent client relationships across a portfolio of accounts.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Provide the necessary audience insight and reporting, to ensure effective delivery across all content channels.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Deliverables&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;Strategy and organic content management:&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Devise and implement, engaging and targeted social media strategies in line with campaign goals and audience objectives. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Use a variety of tools to create engaging and stand out content across all channels. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Work with the Strategy and Account Management team and Creative Studio, to create more complex and hero content pieces when required. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Produce regular reports, analysing and interpreting the social media data, to inform future campaigns and improve channel engagement and performance. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Present strategy to clients and key stakeholders on a regular basis. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Deliver robust campaigns which increases awareness, loyalty and word of mouth to grow social communities, increase purchase intent and ultimately drive ticket sales. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Shape and adhere to the correct tone of voice to deliver on-brand content. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Ensure that social communities are actively managed, with customer queries answered swiftly and escalated where necessary.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Keep on top of social trends and relevant news, to deliver creative content which taps into the zeitgeist. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Undertake duties to lead on the management and delivery of campaigns and reporting:&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Build knowledge of clients, competitors, and the general marketplace.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;Identify and report on trends to key agency stakeholders and clients on regular basis.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Proactively monitor competitor landscape&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Staying up to date with the latest social media and digital marketing news &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Support social media &amp;amp; content team with communicating news, compiling, and sharing case studies, managing AKA social media channels and sending weekly email updates.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Develops and maintains excellent relations with internal agency departments.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Contribute to excellent client relationships across a portfolio of accounts:&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Take a leading role on accounts, for strategy and social content management, reporting directly to the client, in association with the account lead. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Build a good understanding of each client’s social proposition, business goals and challenges, their competitors, the environment in which they operate and their audiences.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Assist in driving the wider AKA team to deliver outstanding client service by anticipating, recognising and meeting client needs and provide the best value for money in terms of cost/advice.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Develop and maintain an excellent rapport with clients through all forms of communication. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Act as an ambassador for AKA within the industry by building relationships with key contacts and suppliers and by attending trade and press nights and events when required.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Other Duties As Assigned&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;AKA is a fluid organisation and advertising is a fast moving and rapidly changing business; as such you may be required to undertake duties which are in line with the general purpose of this job description, but which are not specifically referred to. This includes but is not limited to theatrical press nights, gallery openings, client and industry events etc.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Minimum Qualifications&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Skills/experience:&lt;/strong&gt; Transferable skills from previous jobs and/or education.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Technology:&lt;/strong&gt; Advanced knowledge and understanding of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tik Tok and YouTube.
