Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Social team in the day-to-day management of our social media platforms and implementation of our wider social strategy.
  • Help plan and execute content across the team’s various owned channels (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn etc) using various social media scheduling tools, including some paid support.
  • Help plan and support the creation of video content for social media through both filming and editing, following best practice ‘social-first’ ideas.
  • Implement a robust community management and fan engagement plan, working alongside other teams within the marketing department.
  • Form audience targeting strategies, aligned with the commercial goals of the department.
  • Supporting the Social Media Manager in the delivery of social content across race weekends and other notable events.
  • Ensure consistent tone of voice across all channels in line with the Williams brand.
  • Keep colleagues informed and up to date on changing trends within the social media space.
  • Social media: Day-to-day management of the team’s community management and fan engagement on social media.
  • Community Management: execute brand tone of voice across social platforms, engaging and replying to fans.
  • Content: Drive creation of content through both planning and production.
  • Support the Social Media Manager in the implementation of the fan engagement and content strategies across our channels.
