  • Elevates FIVE’s online reputation by Addressing Guest Concerns to ensure ‘FIVE-Styled’ customer service.
  • Oversees and Actively Engages with FIVE’s online community, Responding to Comments, Questions, and Reviews, elevating FIVE’s Community Management to new heights.
  • Crafts Insta-Worthy Copy that communicates the ‘Vibe at FIVE.’
  • Produces Sensational Content that highlights FIVE’s award-winning dining and nightlife offerings and promotions, while maintaining FIVE’s Signature Tone of Voice.
