You will be working on Serious Injury cases, including high-value catastrophic injury cases, brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, amputations, and severe orthopaedic injuries.
Are there opportunities for business development in this role?
Yes, there is a strong emphasis on business development, and candidates with existing contacts in the North West medical field would have an advantage.
What are the main responsibilities of this role?
Responsibilities include leading investigations and litigation in Serious Injury cases, maximising client damages, optimising costs recovery, and developing external relationships to enhance client experience and generate new cases.
