Responsibilities

  • Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their objectives, challenges, and requirements. Conduct in-depth analysis to identify opportunities for process optimization and automation using Dynamics 365.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams throughout the solution development lifecycle. Mentor developers and engineers on best practices, design patterns, and coding standards for Dynamics 365 implementations.
  • Customizations & Configuration: Define system configurations, customizations, and integrations required to meet business needs. Leverage Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), SharePoint, and Jira to extend Dynamics 365 functionalities and enhance user experience.
  • Integration Management: Design and oversee the integration of Dynamics 365 with other enterprise systems, third-party applications, and data sources. Ensure data consistency, integrity, and security across integrated systems.
  • Quality Assurance: Define and implement quality assurance processes, including testing strategies, test cases, and performance tuning, to ensure the reliability and scalability of Dynamics 365 solutions.
  • Customer Engagement: Collaborate closely with clients, business stakeholders, and project sponsors to build strong relationships and ensure alignment between technical solutions and business objectives.
