Responsibilities

  • Ensure Clean and Neat Environment: Take pride in maintaining exceptionally clean and organized facilities, always providing safe care and a personalized and intuitive service. Set up, utilize, operate and clean/properly sanitize all Spa and Wellness areas.
  • Deliver Impeccable Service: Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism; accommodate special requests whenever possible and personal care, whether it is anticipating guests’ bathrobe size or remembering their favorite locker location. Greets guests in a friendly and courteous manner offering the highest level of personalized service while maintaining a positive, enthusiastic, helpful and professional attitude with all guests and team members
  • Coordinate Checklists, Linen and Amenities: Ensure compliance of daily opening/closing checklists and ensuring all Spa and Wellness areas are well maintained, stocked, and cleaned to ensure high quality presentation. Retrieve and return linens from laundry and maintain locker room set up. Keep guest amenities stocked including water, body care products in locker rooms and relaxation room
  • Promote Collaboration: Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors and assist other associates with set-up and breakdown of their respective areas (service providers, fitness instructors etc.)
