Responsibilities

  • We’re looking for you to bring the latest and greatest features to our customers-—and to help us tell the marketplace about what’s new and why they need to have it.
  • You’ll put your analytical and marketing skills to work by studying the latest tech trends to identify what features people want and are going to want down the road.
  • Collaborating with others, you’ll build the roadmap and drive the process from ideation through design and roll-out—and build compelling value messages along the way.
  • Your focus will be on products, features, and services that solve customer challenges and help make people’s lives better.
  • Working with the Product Owner and wider Product Management teams to understand customer needs and envision new product solutions for the various user personas we target.
  • Writing Agile-based stories that conform to best practices including acceptance criteria, positive and negative paths, etc.
  • Collaborating within your Cross Functional Team to produce workflows and market leading user experiences that are creative and easy-to-use which solve customer needs and market problems.
  • Assisting with the planning and prioritization of new features.
  • Coordinating communication across teams (e.g. Product Management, Engineering, and Development) and providing status updates on projects.
  • Assisting with product documentation during the Go-to-Market process for new features.
  • Assisting with other Product Management responsibilities as needed.
