What is the primary responsibility of the National Sports Events Specialist?
The primary responsibility is to provide support for key national series and manage smaller scale sports programs across the regions, while ensuring effective communication with regional event managers and supporting strategic tasks for all US Sports programs.
What experience is required for this position?
A minimum of 2+ years of event execution and/or project management experience is required, along with experience in event production, marketing, and logistics.
Which key partnerships will the Specialist support?
The Specialist will support major third-party partnerships such as Hyrox, Padel, and other sponsored event series, as well as managing the Wings for Life World Run participation efforts.
What type of internal communication responsibilities does the Specialist have?
Responsibilities include organizing team documentation, preparing spreadsheets and presentations for internal meetings, maintaining an event calendar, and ensuring all mandatory reporting is submitted and accounted for on time.
