What is the salary range for the Specialist/Trainee Biomedical Scientist position?
The salary range for Band 5 is £31,892 - £39,735, and for Band 6 it is £33,072 - £48,635.

What is the policy on work hours starting April 2024?
NHS Scotland is reducing the full-time working week from 37.5 to 37 hours per week from April 1, 2024, with no change in pay. There may be a temporary requirement to work an additional 30 minutes per week until the service adjusts to the new hours.
