Responsibilities

  • Primary site receptionist
  • Providing general administrative support to the site, including members of the site leadership team
  • Coordination of arrangements for site events in-house and off site including arranging catering
  • Procurement of supplies to onboard new staff members (office supplies, computer, phone etc.)
  • Coordinating and hosting visits onsite including customers, suppliers, contractors, employment candidates and corporate visitors
  • Provide support on additional projects as assigned
  • Coordinate material and product shipments on assigned projects
  • Assist with manufacturing batch and analytical method scheduling and planning to facilitate manufacturing readiness activities
  • Handle document exchanges within Patheon and between Patheon and our clients
  • Assist project managers with timely preparation and approval of Changes of Scopes (COS)
  • Coordinate with shipping and materials management for project requirements to ensure timely orders of special material or components
  • Generate and issue meeting agendas and draft meeting minutes
  • Provide on-site Client support as needed
  • Provide key insights to revenue tracking and forecasting
  • Represent the site as a key collaborator in the Customer Experience Management program
  • Act as the primary internal site communicator to share news and updates from the site
  • Other duties as assigned
