Requirements

  • 5+ years in an executive assistant role, preferably within a Go To Market focused organization. Supporting a Chief Revenue or Sales leader is preferred, but not essential.
  • Demonstrated experience and ability in forming relationships with and working with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external, in a remote-first or remote-only environment that is multiple geography and multiple time zones.
  • Demonstrated aptitude to prioritize tasks based on comparative importance and urgency
  • Solution-oriented, loves taking on challenges, and can work successfully against shifting priorities and can manage ambiguity well
  • Organized and detail-oriented, to help support our fast moving team
  • Demonstrated business professionalism, respect for confidentiality, and appropriate handling of sensitive information
  • Project management or event planning experience is a strong asset
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills in various formats, experience with working in Slack or similar IM platforms is a plus
  • Experience with GSuite strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage CRO calendar and travel schedule
  • Support CRO communications, both internal and external
  • Act as a liaison with other EAs and teams
  • Provides assistance on ad-hoc business requests as needed
  • Schedule, lead and participate in team meetings, develop agendas, keep meetings on track, prioritize and track takeaways and action items
  • Project management on key initiatives and events for the Go To Market Team
  • Work on strategic decks, help with offsite planning, and team meetings
  • Help with supporting a positive employee experience and culture for the team
  • Provide support in place of other EA’s, when needed
