Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with internal/external customers and network elements to schedule activities on operational systems at the WSC.
  • Review activity requirements and the current WSC schedule to determine possible impacts and the most appropriate timeframe in which to conduct requested activities.
  • Performs conflict resolution with the customer community based on priority lists.
  • Prioritize and coordinate customer requests for Space Network resources to meet spacecraft mission requirements, network testing activities and demand maintenance requirements.
  • Read and understand network briefing messages and fulfill the Forecast/Resource scheduler's role during routine and critical activities.
  • Maintain and update the WSC Daily Schedule and the WSC Long Range Calendar.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
