Responsibilities

  • Partner with Global Senior Executives, Executives, Leaders and Business Partners to ensure HR strategy is incorporated into the business strategy, including understanding factors from the external environment
  • Talent Management and Development - find world-class talent, and facilitate talent growth with respective HRMs and leadership teams across the globe, including succession planning
  • Identify training and leadership development needs for assigned business as a systemic strategy
  • Proficient in use of change management tools to drive change in a variety of complex situations
  • Analyze trends/metrics data to problem solve and configure relevant HR solutions
  • Communicate/educate business leaders on significant, relevant changes in HR policies and programs
  • Oversee and manage where applicable, executive and classified compensation planning; collaborate with colleagues and people leaders on individual employee compensation matters to ensure alignment to pay for performance and employee recognition programs
  • Partner with Community of Expertise (COE) resources/shared service providers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of HR services/programs
  • Partner with COEs to build effective working relationships and provide constructive field perspective to influence common processes and procedures
