  • Extracts data, manipulates, and explores data using quantitative, statistical, and visualization tools, and create detailed reports for stakeholders.
  • Contributes to the development and maintenance of HR dashboards and reports, providing real-time data insights to HR leadership and other stakeholders.
  • Ensures the accuracy and integrity of data through a robust validation process. Safeguards the confidentiality of data by adhering to established security and privacy standards.
  • Identifies opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency through data-driven decision-making.
  • Applies best practices in HR data analytics and stays up to date with industry trends and technological advancements.
  • Works closely with HR business partners, IT, and other departments to ensure data alignment and integration.
  • Advises functional teams on the selection, application, and implementation of key HR metrics.
  • Adheres to University and unit-level policies and procedures and safeguards University assets.
