  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from 4-year college or university in human resources or related field required. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience.
  • Experience with SuccessFactors and/or MyLearning Platforms nice to have, not required.

Responsibilities

  • Helps create and deliver Learning and Development (L&D) training programs in three key areas; Learning Resources, Content and Curriculum Development, or Learning Platform Operations. Coordinates with department for collaboration to ensure effective outcomes.
  • Collaborates with People partners and business unit partners to identify learning and development needs and makes recommendations of appropriate solutions and delivery modalities that meet organizational learning demands.
  • Will support L&D audits along with running related reports.
  • Partners with subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify and/or develop content and design training material, if needed.
  • Develops, coordinates and facilitates learning sessions and programs to business partners.
  • Audits and updates training materials, programs, curriculums and playlists within the LMS as needed.
  • Manages communication and marketing plans for new courses and training updates within the business.
  • Ensures all new content creation is aligned with L&D and LMS governance guidelines.
  • Uses the learning dashboard for training analytics and standard learning metrics to evaluate learning efficiency that help drive team initiatives.
  • Researches learning industry trends, methodologies, and standard processes and integrates those into professional practice.
  • Develops sound relationships with business partners, managers, consultants and trainers.
