Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Partner in developing and implementing the integrated global communications plan for multiple audiences in support of Johnson & Johnson MedTech’s reputation as a leader in Surgery, the EMEA Surgery business objectives, and the science and innovation pipeline.
  • Develop and execute new product introductions, medical evidence, and innovation communications.
  • Serve as a valued counselor to the Region Leadership team to execute communications programs and executive thought leadership in support of commercial success while also partnering with a cross-functional leadership team to advance organizational priorities and drive strategy alignment.
  • Lead employee and culture communications, advancing culture and talent initiatives to encourage and increase engagement, retention, productivity.
  • Proactively drive results across earned and paid media and social media channels and partner to manage issues as needed.
