  • Oversee and maintain the inclusion and belonging framework, ensuring alignment with company values and objectives.
  • Assess current programs for effectiveness and create enhancements to strengthen their impact.
  • Develop and manage national annual program calendars, ensuring initiatives are executed on time and within scope, consistently across division, supply chain, and corporate locations.
  • Manage our relationship with external partners.
  • Serve as a primary liaison for ARGs, providing strategic guidance and support to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Facilitate ARG leadership development and encourage collaboration between groups to strengthen impact.
  • Support ARGs in planning and executing events, activities, and initiatives that enhance associate engagement and belonging.
  • Partner with SLT, HR, and other stakeholders to address associate needs in response to national and global events.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and advocate, fostering open communication between associates and leadership on inclusion and belonging matters.
  • Build relationships with external organizations to stay informed of best practices and identify opportunities for collaboration, community involvement, and outreach.
  • Continue to support and articulate a clear vision for inclusion and belonging that aligns with the company's overall mission and values.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in inclusion and belonging and apply this knowledge to enhance company programs.
