What you will be doing
The Inclusion and Belonging Leader is a critical driver of the organization’s strategy to foster an inclusive culture. This individual will collaborate closely with Associate Resource Groups (ARGs), and other internal stakeholders to create, implement, and execute programs that grow and strengthen our culture while enabling growth for associates.
The position will be based in Boise, Idaho, or Dallas, TX.
Main responsibilities
Program Management
Oversee and maintain the inclusion and belonging framework, ensuring alignment with company values and objectives.
Assess current programs for effectiveness and create enhancements to strengthen their impact.
Develop and manage national annual program calendars, ensuring initiatives are executed on time and within scope, consistently across division, supply chain, and corporate locations.
Manage our relationship with external partners.
Associate Resource Group (ARG) Guidance
Serve as a primary liaison for ARGs, providing strategic guidance and support to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Facilitate ARG leadership development and encourage collaboration between groups to strengthen impact.
Support ARGs in planning and executing events, activities, and initiatives that enhance associate engagement and belonging.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Partner with SLT, HR, and other stakeholders to address associate needs in response to national and global events.
Act as a trusted advisor and advocate, fostering open communication between associates and leadership on inclusion and belonging matters.
Build relationships with external organizations to stay informed of best practices and identify opportunities for collaboration, community involvement, and outreach.
Strategic Leadership
Vision and Strategy: Continue to support and articulate a clear vision for inclusion and belonging that aligns with the company's overall mission and values.
Innovation and Best Practices
Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in inclusion and belonging and apply this knowledge to enhance company programs.
Pilot Programs: Design and test new initiatives that enhance and strengthen the Company’s culture, scaling successful pilots across the organization.
Resource Allocation
Budget Management: Oversee the budget for initiatives, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to maximize impact.
Resource Development: Identify and secure additional resources, such as tools and resources, to support inclusion and belonging efforts.
Community and External Relations
Community Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with external organizations and communities that support the Company’s goals. Create relationships with large companies for learning and collaboration.
Public Representation: As needed, represent the company at external events and forums related to inclusion and belonging.
Professional Development
Career Pathways: Develop clear career pathways and professional development opportunities for associates involved in inclusion and belonging efforts.
Mentorship Programs: Maintain and enhance the mentorship program to support the growth and development of associates.

What we are searching for
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communication, Sociology, or a related field. Equivalent experience will be considered.
Experience:
7-10 years of experience in inclusion and belonging, HR, or organizational development roles. Experience working with ARGs or similar affinity groups is highly desirable. Proven experience working in a matrix environment with indirect leadership responsibilities, including the ability to influence leaders at all levels of the organization.
