  • Highly developed interpersonal skills with high energy, strong executive presence, and proven ability to create effective, cross-organization relationships, collaborating and communicating across business and technology stakeholders.

  • Ability to effectively engage, influence, negotiate and communicate program / project reviews to Senior and C-level leadership team

  • Proven ability to direct cross-functional teams and act as path of escalation and resolution.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office product suite.

Responsibilities

  • Build and foster a trusted partnership with sponsors and key stakeholders, proactively managing stakeholder relationships.
  • Lead a portfolio of highly technical projects, ensuring delivery on plan and on budget.
  • Manage and provide portfolio oversight, partner with stakeholders to understand priorities and resource needs.
  • Own, direct, manage, and oversee the daily delivery components of complex program(s) /project(s).
  • Proactively review the performance of projects within the portfolio, working with all stakeholders to mitigate issues and risks to deliver on scope, schedule and cost objectives.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team of project management professionals by providing guidance, direction and coaching to achieve work objectives and improve performance and skills.
  • Ability to set annual performance targets for individuals and the team, setting development plans and conducting performance reviews.
  • Provide regular visibility to project status (key decisions, dependencies, issues, risks, metrics) on a standard cadence through status reporting and project reviews.
  • Implement standards and drive continuous improvement of project management practices.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of processes and change management activities.
  • Focuses on continuous improvement. Challenges the status quo and breaking paradigms to identify ideas for change and becomes the force.
