Responsibilities

  • Assist with the creation of the L&D QuickSight Analytics Dashboard. Once launched, manage the Dashboard and evolve functionality based on stakeholder requirements.
  • Produce and deliver routine L&D reports that reflect training impact and learner competencies.
  • In partnership with L&D team members, help manage the LMS migration of content from KNet to Learn.
  • Manage LMS operations and maintenance, ensuring data and content quality and troubleshooting. Develop standardized LMS processes and governance procedures.
  • Optimize L&D processes (internal and learner-facing) and implement new tools and automation.
  • Manage the training intake process and L&D communications.
  • Produce written reports to communicate and gain support for solutions, measurement and evaluation plans. Contribute to WBR, MBR/QBR and leadership related papers.
  • Define training program strategies, metrics, monitor end-to-end delivery, and communicate results to senior leadership.
  • Identify and collaborate with cross-regional and cross-functional stakeholders (internal/external) groups to plan and scope out learning processes, programs and related technology needs.
  • Identify, discuss, and bring forward issues or ideas to stakeholders to ensure programmatic success, while serving as hub for process changes and its effect to training and the learner.
  • Lead and participate in complex programmatic efforts that span across Amazon Talent Acquisition.
