Responsibilities

  • Support RGM leadership and Customer and Channel teams in annual revenue growth planning process by channel, package, and brand family across various geographies/markets
  • Develop relationships with key Sales and Cross functional teams to provide RGM support and insights to influence company direction to drive sustainable profitable sales growth
  • Review National & Regional key account performance, volume projections, activity, and spending to identify risks, gaps, and opportunities
  • Participate on cross-functional teams on high-visibility projects and systems development
  • Create annual retail strategy, develop content and manage delivery to necessary constituents
  • Conduct analysis on promotional and pricing activity and deliver insights to the Strategy, Planning, and Customer teams to maximize trade spend
  • Routinely perform revenue and pricing performance analyses for BU, Customer and Channel strategy leads
  • Work across multiple reporting systems and departments to extract and cleanse data, perform analyses, and make strategic recommendations
  • Develop customized analysis and reporting tools for short term projects
  • Mentor and train new RGM hires or RGM Analysts in key RGM foundational principles
