Responsibilities

  • Provide recruitment and customer service for Legal/OEC and other client areas.
  • Review account history and market/industry trends to develop hiring plans.
  • Collaborate with internal clients to define position requirements.
  • Source passive candidates and present diverse candidate slates.
  • Conduct interviews, evaluate, and recommend candidates.
  • Facilitate consensus building and decision-making among interviewers.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics (cycle time, cost, quality) and address process non-compliance.
  • Develop competitive offers and manage the offer process.
  • Ensure a smooth candidate experience through onboarding.
  • Maintain high levels of satisfaction with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Keep the Workday database updated accurately and timely.
  • Develop and execute strategies.
  • Understand data, insights and manage storytelling.
  • Consult, advise, and influence our stakeholders and candidates.
  • Project manage on time, within quality expectations, and on budget. Act as a change agent.
