Responsibilities

  • Be the Commercial and Strategy Advanced Analytics owner and expert of geo-centric datasets focused on rental accommodation regulation, land use and zoning, housing economics, and travel and related services
  • Design, develop, and maintain a complete suite of self-service dashboards and tools to provide geospatial insights to a variety of stakeholders across Supply, Policy, Comms, Regional and Country Management, and Real Estate
  • Conduct strategic deep dives and employ advanced data analysis to extract actionable insights that inform hyper-local decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Policy, Communications, Economics, Data Science, Legal, and Finance to align strategies and leverage complementary skills
