Responsibilities

  • Visa’s business is primarily B2B but it has a strong focus on end user experience. In your day to day, you would be creating user experience and user interfaces that will bring to life Visa capabilities for its B2B Clients but also design with end users in mind. Hence, you be an advocate for our users.
  • You will work on different payment experiences such improving authentication in online transactions, interactions with digital identities, or translating Visa’s insights from data into real world examples.
  • Your primary stakeholders would be the leadership of the design team. However, you would directly engage product managers, account executives, research and consulting teams. You will collaborate with this teams and build upon their vision using sound design principles to ensure alignment and project success.
  • In your day-to-day you are expected to exercise independent judgment with minimal direction required from your supervisor, own and make design decisions and, capture requirements and design flows.
  • Document designs and consult with engineers to ensure they are built and function as intended.
  • In your role, you will develop a deep understanding of the payments ecosystem, commerce trends, Visa’s Innovation practice and Visa capabilities in order to effectively communicate to clients and partners.
  • Effectively demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior staff.
