No, previous experience in elderly care is an advantage but not essential, as full training will be provided.

The successful candidate will work 24-hour care on rotational shifts.

Preference will be given to internal Trust staff, as well as individuals with 'Priority' and 'At Risk' status, including NHS At Risk staff throughout Devon who can demonstrate recent relevant experience.
