Staff will have the opportunity to participate in specialised training, including RAID, CBT, enhanced risk assessment, and enhanced physical health interventions, as well as discussions for personal development plans after the probation period.
What is the Prevention and Management of Violence and Aggression course?
This is a required course for all staff members, and successful completion of the course is a condition of employment to ensure safety and effective management of potentially challenging situations.
