You will assist with Brachytherapy, general Urology procedures in the theatre, flexible cystoscopies, prostate biopsies, and outpatient appointments.
Who will I be mentoring in this position?
You will act as a lead and mentor for staff, supporting their development.
What are the expectations regarding patient care?
You will manage quality clinical care and advocate for the patient experience while ensuring effective management of resources and appropriate deployment of junior staff.
