Responsibilities

  • Design onboarding experiences that work for everyone. Make it smooth, intuitive, and impactful. Help users - regardless of their background or familiarity with our product - go from “What do I do now?” to “Wow, this is awesome!”
  • Get hands-on with design. You’ll create key flows, build prototypes, and refine interactions with care. You lead by doing, not just by guiding
  • Experiment, learn, and iterate. A/B tests, data insights, user research - you’ll continuously refine and improve experiences based on real evidence, making decisions that are informed and intentional
  • Create an inclusive journey. Connect self-serve and sales-led onboarding into a seamless, engaging experience that supports a diverse range of users with different needs and abilities
  • Foster a collaborative design culture. Share your knowledge, provide thoughtful feedback, and help raise the bar for the entire team. We succeed together
